ARTICLE 6: MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 Choice of Law. This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas (regardless of the laws that might otherwise govern under applicable Bahamas principles of conflicts of law) as to all matters, including but not limited to matters of validity, construction, effect, performance and remedy. Any legal proceedings related to this EULA shall be brought in the Federal or State Courts located in the Bahamas. (emphasis added)

6.2 Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this EULA shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, and this EULA shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions were omitted, unless the omission of such provision would deprive one of the parties of a material benefit of its bargain hereunder, with Article 6 Section 6.2 serving as a “savings clause”, as fully recognized in “contract law”, within the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and elsewhere. 6.3 Assignment. You may not assign this EULA nor any of the Product Line, by operation of law or otherwise. Any purported assignment made in contravention of this provision shall be “ null and void” for all purposes. (emphasis added)

6.4 Binding Effect. This EULA shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and the respective successors and permitted assigns of Innerworld Creation Inc., and or Lejeune.

Downloading the Program

After purchasing the Hypno Millionaire program, you will receive an e-mail that contains the download links.

Please make sure you have whitelisted our e-mail addresses so that this important e-mail will be delivered in your INBOX, instead of a spam box. We have information how to whitelist our e-mailaddres on this page.

After you have received our e-mail, you’ll find all the download links in there. Please click each download link once to download the file to your computer.

Please note that the download links are time restricted and secured. You have three (3) days to download all the files and the links cannot be exchanged.

What you download are so called ZIP files. ZIP files are smaller than the original MP3 files which makes them more efficient and quicker to download. Before you can use them, you need to unpack the ZIP files. Most computers can open ZIP files without any problem. If you’re having trouble opening ZIP files, please read this.

After you have opened a ZIP file you can drag the MP3 file that’s in it, to another location. We prefer to make a separate folder on your computer and drop the MP3 files there.

3. Under the Settings tab, update the “White Lists” module by selecting Personal Address Book from the pull down menu and then check mark the box next to “Do not mark messages as junk mail”.
